Albany Law School - Albany, NY
Moot Court Facility - adaptive use of former library space for moot court room, related court facilities, classrooms, offices, and faculty offices.
Otsego County Courthouse - Cooperstown, NY
Prepared Historic Structure Report for this outstanding 1880s example of high Victorian Gothic structure with many Queen Anne Revival elements. All exterior features were repaired or restored. New slate roofs with ornamental iron crestings were reinstated, decorative stonework conserved, brickwork cleaned and repointed, and new foundation inserted under the entrance portico. Interior work consisted of restoring most rooms to their original condition. Previously unused areas were converted to office space and new systems inserted. National Register.

New York State Capitol - Albany NY
Assembly Chamber - prepared feasibility study for restoration to original configuration and decorative scheme while incorporating the latest climate control and electronic systems and addressing acoustical problems.

Court of Appeals Chamber - surveyed architecture and furnishings of original chamber designed by H.H. Richardson.

Executive Chamber - Historic Structure Report and restoration including replication of original drapery with elaborate gold embroidery.

Senate Chamber and related spaces - historic structure report and restoration including masonry conservation; repair of coffered wood ceiling; replication of original lighting fixtures, carpets, embossed leather wall coverings and leather upholstery; and replacing historic decorative painting. Also included insertion of new mechanical and electrical systems.

Vermont State House Capitol - Montpelier, VT
Restoration of interior spaces to historic appearance including replication of furnishings, decorative plaster, lighting, draperies, and carpets. Currently, design of Senate Chamber carpet. National Register.
