Chatham Union Station - Chatham, NY
Comprehensive interior and exterior restoration and adaptive use of 1887 station designed by Shepley Rutan Coolidge (successor firm of H.H. Richardson) for use as a branch bank. Work included replacement of slate roof; restoration/conservation of exterior granite and brownstone masonry and wood elements; restoration of doors and windows; and restoration of the original main waiting room, including decorative elements for banking floor.
Eagle Office and Technology Park - Pittsfield, MA
Adaptive use of 19th-century factory buildings for newspaper production facility and office complex. Included construction of new two-story atrium entrance, parking, and site work. National Register.
Fort Orange Club - Albany, NY
Restoration of the West Lounge integrated historic elements from the 1880’s Queen Anne period with turn of the century Arts and Crafts detailing. Work included a new copper roof, excavation of the crawl space for construction of a new mechanical room, all new mechanical and electrical systems and a new floor structure.
