1660s Brick Chapel Reconstruction - St. Mary's City, MD
Schematic design, site design, design development drawings, specifications and estimates for reconstruction of the first Roman Catholic chapel in English America and first monumental structure in Maryland.
Cathedral of the Immaculate Conception - Albany, NY
Master plan for phased repair of building fabric, modifications to interior to address structural and functional deficiencies, and upgrade of systems. Currently, roof and stone repair and restoration are underway. National Register.

Historic Houses and Museums

Monticello - Charlottesville, VA
Historic structure report of house and outbuildings. Restoration of roof to Jefferson's design included skylights, balustrade, reinstalling tin-coated metal shingles, dome roof, and chimneys. National Historic Landmark, World Heritage List.
Ochre Court - Newport, RI
Exterior conditions survey in preparation for replacement of roof and stone terraces; stone cleaning, repair, and repointing; and repair and replacement of decorative metalwork. Restoration of roof and terraces ongoing. National Register.

Poplar Forest - Forest, VA
Historic structure report completed as prelude to current complete restoration of the interior and exterior to Jefferson's period of occupancy.

SUNY Field House - Albany, NY
Design and construction of 115,000 sq. ft. multi-use sports facility to harmonize with campus designed by Edward Durell Stone.
Steuben Athletic Club - Albany, NY
Adaptive use of interior of 1880s former YMCA building for downtown health and social club. Athletic areas include a reconfigured swimming pool, handball and tennis courts, exercise rooms, and saunas and baths. Social areas include a bar, lounge, restaurant, and private dining rooms. National Register.

Theaters

Cohoes Music Hall - Cohoes, NY
Alterations to space originally opened as an opera house necessitated reconstruction of the wood stage, sloped orchestra floor and wood seating tiers; stabilization of plaster and other decorative elements; and replication of the polychrome decorative canvas ceiling and scenic stage curtain. National Register.

Proctor's Theatre - Schenectady, NY
Prepared conditions survey of ceiling and recommendations for restoration. Work also included preparation of contract documents for restoration. National Register.
