MCWB performed a complete restoration/renovation to this 1870’s brownstone on the Upper East Side of Manhattan.  The project included a new addition at the rear of the building to increase living space, complete renovation of the interior with new finishes, kitchen, and bathrooms, and complete restoration of the exterior brownstone masonry, windows, and entrance.
