Our work ranges from the strictest building conservation of National Historic Landmarks, to researched conjectural historic reconstructions of lost landmarks, fully contemporary alterations and insertions, and modern buildings and additions.

Project Architect/ Project Manager:

Qualifications:

  • Bachelor or Master’s degree in Architecture

  • Registration preferred

  • Historic Preservation experience or degree preferred

  • 10+ years’ experience in Architecture, Historic Preservation or related field

  • Experience in AutoCAD, Revit, Sketchup, Rhino, Adobe Creative Suite, Microsoft Office preferred

 

Responsibilities:

  • Lead projects from schematic design through construction.

  • Engage in all facets of a project. Prepare building conditions assessments, design, preparation of contract drawings and specifications, coordinate with consultants, administer projects through construction.

Architectural Designer:

Qualifications:

  • Bachelor or Master’s degree in Architecture preferred

  • Historic Preservation experience or degree preferred

  • 5 to 10 years’ experience in Architecture, Historic Preservation or related field

  • Experience in AutoCAD, Revit, Sketchup, Rhino, Adobe Creative Suite, Microsoft Office preferred

 

Responsibilities:

  • Produce Construction Documents with various types of software listed above

  • Produce 3D models in various types of computer software listed above

  • Create 3D renderings and visualizations
